On 7 October, while ALUMINIUM 2026 is still in full swing, Metycle is opening the doors to something different.
We are celebrating the opening of our first SmartSorting Hub in Maasmechelen, Belgium. For one evening, we are bringing the Hub to Düsseldorf.
Not as a panel.
Not as another conference session.
Not as a long presentation.
But as a first look at what Metycle is building.
See the Hub on the big screen.
At 18:30, Metycle CEO and Co-Founder Rafael Suchan will give a brief welcome before we bring the SmartSorting Hub to the screen in a short cinematic film.
Then the evening is yours.
Explore real material samples and physical exhibits. Meet the people behind the Hub. Talk aluminium, sorting, specifications and secondary supply over cocktails and bites.

Our SmartSorting Hub in Maasmechelen turns complex aluminium scrap into clearly specified, remelter-ready feedstock, combining industrial processing, sensor-based sorting, spectroscopy and Metycle’s own data and process control in one connected system.
It is where trading, physical processing and data come together.
And on 7 October, you can see what that looks like before the Hub becomes part of day-to-day industrial operations.
