Form submissions are processed through Webflow and may be stored within Webflow. They are also forwarded to the relevant Metycle email inbox, including info@metycle.com or trading@metycle.com, depending on the nature of the enquiry.
Fields marked as required are necessary for us to receive and process the respective enquiry. Without this information, we may not be able to process your request.
We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to process and follow up on the enquiry. If an enquiry results in a business relationship or transaction, relevant information may be retained for longer where necessary for the performance of the relationship or to comply with applicable legal retention obligations.

You can subscribe to receive Metycle news and insights by email.
For this purpose, we process your email address and information relating to your newsletter subscription.
The processing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by using the unsubscribe option provided in our emails or by contacting us at info@metycle.com.
Your email address is retained for newsletter purposes until you unsubscribe or otherwise withdraw your consent. Information necessary to document a previous consent or withdrawal may be retained where required to establish compliance with applicable law.
Newsletter subscriptions are separate from other communications with Metycle. Providing your email address through a contact or trading enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to our newsletter.
