Bloomberg has reported on Metycle’s $150 million credit facility from Rivonia Road Capital. The report by Julian Luk is available on the Bloomberg Terminal.
More capacity to supply secondary metals
As outlined in Metycle’s announcement, the facility will finance eligible transactions from supplier payment through buyer settlement. It will enable larger trades, greater volumes of secondary copper and aluminum, and expanded supply to industrial buyers and smelters.
Metycle combines global commodity trading, physical processing and digital verification to turn fragmented scrap flows into clearly specified, traceable, smelter-ready feedstock. The facility provides the financing capacity to move more material through that system.
